John B. Aspros, DMD
Dr. Aspros provides both mobile and hospital based dental services to E.N.D.S. patients in the greater Portland metropolitan area and in some coastal cities. He graduated in 1992 from the Oregon Health and Sciences University School of Dentistry in Portland, with a Doctorate degree in Dental Medicine. From 1992-1995 he taught as a pre-clinical and clinical instructor at the OHSU School of Dentistry. He began a private practice in 1993, and continues to see patients 3 days a week at his office near the Lloyd Center. In 1997 he joined the E.N.D.S. program as a provider of hospital based dentistry services, and in 1999, he began providing mobile dentistry services to E.N.D.S. patients. Dr. Aspros devotes six to eight days per month to the E.N.D.S. program providing quality dental services to E.N.D.S. patients.

Geriatric Dental Group
Geriatric Dental Group has provided quality dental services and treatment to the elderly and to those with special needs since 1974. The Geriatric Dental Group clinic is a full-time, wheelchair accessible facility with street-level entrances and an automatic door to enable easy access for patients. Geriatric Dental Group also offers mobile dental services to non-ambulatory patients, and for this purpose E.N.D.S. contracted with Geriatric Dental Group in 1995. Geriatric Dental Group continues to provide skilled and compassionate dental services to E.N.D.S. patients today. Geriatric Dental Group is a non-profit organization. Oregon Mobile Dentistry
For more than a decade, Dr. Williams has provided full service mobile dentistry services to residents in the greater Portland area assisted living communities. Dr. Williams brings his experience working in resident living facilities and providing mobile dentistry worldwide to Oregon Mobile Dentistry in an effort to increase dental care access to all people. Brian Koch, DMD
Dr. Brian Koch graduated from Portland State University in 1999 with a BS degree. He continued his studies at Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry obtaining a doctorate in 2003. As a dedicated member of the local community, Dr. Koch’s career began at Oregon City Public Health Clinic as a volunteer dentist. After over 200 hours of community service Dr. Koch accepted a staff dentist position. Later he worked in private practice setting at the well known Barichello Family Dentistry in Oregon City before deciding on the geriatric dentistry as a career. For the last 11 years Dr. Koch has been serving patients aged 55+ and has acquired a lot of experience addressing their specific dental needs. Working in both clinical setting as well as making home visits, he travels daily to nursing homes, care facilities and foster homes, serving patients who were not able to visit our office. Dr. Koch enjoys serving the unique needs of his patients and finds great joy in building relationships with patients and seeing them improve their oral health.

Brian R. Summers, DMD, PhD
Dr. Summers is trained in both hospital and office based dentistry. He is an Oregon native and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon , his PhD at Stanford and received his DMD credentials at OHSU in 2012. He completed a residency in Advanced General Dentistry and Hospital Dentistry at Idaho State University. Dr. Summers joined with Dr. Patrick Hagerty in 2013 to help mentor new dentists and offer his expertise on the use of sedation to manage anxiety, care for the special needs with heart disease, cancer and other chronic conditions.

Jacob Foutz, DMD
Dr. Jacob Foutz grew up in the Rogue Valley and is very happy to have settled right back here after his schooling. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Southern Oregon University and then attended Oregon Health and Sciences University School of Dentistry to receive his DMD. Lori Killen Aus MA, RDH, EPDH
Lori Killen has been practicing dental hygiene since 1980, combining passion for her profession with integrity and a pleasant chair side manner. Her business, Oral Health for Life, LLC allows her to serve the needs of those who lack access to care, taking preventive oral care to where it is needed. She serves Clackamas and Yamhill Counties, and parts of the Portland area. Lori has written Continuing Education courses and is a member of ADHA, Western Society of Periodontology, Oregon Oral Health Coalition, Yamhill County Oral Health Coalition. Kyle Isaacs, EPDH
Kyle Isaacs is an expanded practice dental hygienist (EPDH) working for Benton County, Oregon, providing dental hygiene care for low-income patients. She started a mobile dental hygiene business in 2014, providing care to low-income patients in local churches, long-term care facilities, schools, adult foster care homes, and private residences for non-ambulatory patients. She brings compassionate care to her patients where they are, bed, recliner, whatever is comfortable for them. Kyle is also an orofacial myofunctional therapist and started her business, MyO2-Breathe, to assist people on their journey to health, and she teaches the oral health unit for certification for community health workers in Benton County.
